Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kg22 ("kg22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kg22.bio and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces. These Terms apply to your registration, access, and use of all services offered by kg22, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, slot machines, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support.

By creating a kg22 account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the kg22 platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in their entirety; (b) you understand and accept all provisions herein without reservation; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments published by kg22.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the kg22 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to kg22 is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you access the platform.

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain a kg22 account:

• Any individual under the age of 21;
• Any individual who has previously been self-excluded from kg22 or any affiliated platform;
• Any individual accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Any employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of kg22 or its affiliated service providers;
• Any individual acting on behalf of another person (proxy betting is strictly forbidden).

kg22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during the registration process, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of activity that raises verification concerns. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kg22 may result in account suspension and temporary withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one (1) active kg22 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You further agree to:

• Keep all account information up to date and notify kg22 promptly of any changes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not share them with any third party;
• Immediately notify kg22 support at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have reported a breach in accordance with the preceding point.

kg22 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Account approval is subject to internal compliance and risk assessment procedures.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

kg22 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kg22 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges independently of kg22.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200;
• Deposits are credited to your kg22 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment network;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• kg22 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's network or processing infrastructure.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the kg22 compliance team;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal and may be required again for subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds;
• Withdrawals of funds derived from active bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements stated in Section 5;
• kg22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud or AML (anti-money laundering) review. Players under active review will be notified via their registered email address.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, kg22 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issue, which take precedence over the general provisions of this section where they conflict.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer's detail page;
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified per offer. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward fulfilment;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise;
• kg22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion between players to exploit bonus terms, or low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, or BPL are offered at kg22's discretion and are subject to availability. Past availability of a promotion does not guarantee its recurrence.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on the kg22 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game.

• All outcomes on kg22 casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and, in the case of live dealer games, by physical events observable in real time via video stream;
• All bets placed and accepted are final. Bets may not be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the platform, except where a technical malfunction is identified;
• In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — kg22 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable;
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with kg22's official sports settlement rules. Incomplete matches or events may be subject to specific void or settlement provisions as communicated at the time of the event.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers;
• Collusion with other players or dealer manipulation in live casino environments;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after a withdrawal has been denied for legitimate compliance reasons;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of deposited funds;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting age or residency information;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to mask your actual geographic location.

kg22 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transaction patterns continuously. All confirmed cases of fraudulent activity are reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

Responsible Gaming

kg22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. kg22 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling begins to affect their daily life, relationships, or financial wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kg22 account holders free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session time limits: Receive reminders after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the kg22 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

kg22 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the kg22 Privacy Policy in its entirety. Personal data collected during registration and gameplay — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and transaction history — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

kg22 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. kg22 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities strictly to the extent required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the kg22 platform — including but not limited to the kg22 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of kg22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kg22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, data scraping, or commercial exploitation of any kg22 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

kg22 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or force majeure events — including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures — may cause temporary unavailability for which kg22 accepts no liability. In such events, all affected open bets will be reviewed and settled fairly in accordance with Section 6.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that kg22 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and to act accordingly.

Suspension & Termination

kg22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified period;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts).

Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all applicable compliance checks are completed. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud forfeit all balances.

Amendments to These Terms

kg22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate revision is required to comply with applicable law or address an urgent security concern.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at kg22.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version became effective. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
